C. Proposed changes to Encinitas Ranch Men’s Golf Club weekend tee time

access at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. Contact Person: JC Resorts, Erik

Recommended Action: ERGA Board of Directors approves the proposed

changes to the Encinitas Ranch Men’s Golf Club’s tee time access,

eliminating weekend tee time reservations and limiting the Club’s reserved tee

time blocks to Wednesdays, effective January 1, 2027.
