Analysis : The Hacienda La Puente Teacher's Association and the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District utilize the Interest-Based Bargaining (IBB) model for negotiations. Ms. Kate McKenna is a certified trainer in IBB and will provide the Board with a workshop on the model in order to provide understanding.
