Former attorney lists Miami and New York penthouses for $138 million

William Duker, a former attorney and investor, has listed two luxury penthouses in Miami and New York for a combined $138 million. The Miami property, located in the Apogee complex, is listed for $78 million, or $8,667 per square foot.
