Man charged with child neglect after leaving 5-year-old in hot car

A 33-year-old man was arrested in Coconut Creek after allegedly leaving his 5-year-old niece alone in a locked vehicle for nearly an hour. The child was discovered by a witness while outside temperatures reached 85 degrees.
