ACLU Sues Governor DeSantis Over Judicial Vacancy

The ACLU of Florida has filed a lawsuit against Governor Ron DeSantis to force the appointment of a new judge to fill a vacancy left by Judge Kevin Emas. The legal action follows the resignation of Judge Emas, which was officially announced on March 31st.
