AGENDA STATEMENT: This Change Order will help complete the renovation of the cafeteria and reroute the electrical feed to Building 12 at the Yulee Community Education Center. ISSUE: The kitchen has been upgraded, and the dining/assembly area is still in need of repair. Also, the power for Building 12 is currently fed from Building 1, which is condemned. ALTERNATIVES: Rejection RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval RATIONALE: The renovation will provide the Nassau County School District with a place to hold large meetings and a cafeteria to possibly serve the future needs of the campus.
