The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo, and ex-officio the governing body of all other special

assessment and taxing districts for which said Board so acts, met in regular session at 9:00 A.M.

PRESENT: Supervisors: John Peschong, Bruce S. Gibson, Dawn Ortiz-Legg, Heather Moreno, and

Chairperson Jimmy Paulding

ABSENT: None

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

The Pledge of Allegiance is led by Chairperson Paulding.

Clerk: reads the following changes, per the addendum to the agenda: Withdrawal of Consent Agenda Item

#5: Submittal of a resolution honoring Jeff Gallagher as the 2025 Roblan of the Year. Staff is withdrawing this

item due to a system error. This item was heard on March 10, 2026. Added Closed Session: CONFERENCE

WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION (Government Code section 54956.9.) It is the intention of the

Board to meet in closed session concerning the following items: Existing Litigation (Gov. Code, section

54956.9(a)). (Formally initiated.): (17) Buena Vista MHP LLC v. County of San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo

County Superior Court Case No. 26CV-0088; and (18) Terrace MHP LLC v. County of San Luis Obispo, San

Luis Obispo County Superior Court Case No. 26CVP-0065. Requirements of the Brown Act have been satisfied

as notice was posted prior to the 72-hour noticing requirement.
