Original title: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY HOMELESS TRUST FOR THE AWARD OF CONTRACTS AND GRANTS, IN AN ANNUAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $4,660,031.00 TO SELECT NON-PROFIT SERVICE PROVIDER SUB-GRANTEES FOR FISCAL YEARS 2015-2016 AND 2016-2017; WAIVING THE COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUIREMENTS OF IMPLEMENTING ORDER 3-38; AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MAYOR OR MAYOR’S DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS, SOME OF WHICH MAY EXCEED $1,000,000.00 IF RENEWED, WITH COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES THAT ARE APPROVED FOR FUNDING BY THE HOMELESS TRUST, AFTER APPROVAL BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE; AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MAYOR OR MAYOR’S DESIGNEE TO EXERCISE AMENDMENT, RENEWAL, TERMINATION, CANCELLATION, AND MODIFICATION CLAUSES OF ANY AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO PURSUANT TO THIS RESOLUTION (Miami-Dade Homeless Trust)
