Hillsborough Deputy Arrested for Stalking

A Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office deputy was arrested following allegations that he used a victim's phone number obtained during a traffic stop to send unwanted text messages. The deputy allegedly continued to contact the victim after she blocked his number.
